Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976, before pursuing a career as a Finance Director of businesses with turnover ranging from £1m to £1bn, both in the UK and abroad.

In 2010 he returned to the UK and set up his own successful business coaching practice for the next 14 years, working with local SME businesses owner clients, enabling them to work fewer hours personally, recruit and lead more effective teams of staff as well as building their business so it would be worth more when sold.

He is a multiple coaching award winner and his clients have also been award winners themselves, at the prestigious annual Business Excellence Forums.

He is now working with business owners to help them accelerate their business, from where they are now, to where they want to be in the future.
